Best buy support is the worst

Calling best buy sends you to a call center where no one can answer questions about delivery. Doesn't matter who you call, you always end up back at the call center. Had to turn to reddit to find a hack to get in touch with the actual store i purchased from. They were able to figure it out pretty quickly. In short, best buy support system is the worst. Buy elsewhere.
