Having issues getting it to work with both my switch and my PC, but I'm not sure. Gonna try it a few more times and update.

Not sure if it was the one I got, but I had a hard time getting this to work on my PC and Switch.

Left jouatick keeps dropping input making it nearly impossible to use

ABXY buttons are reversed in this wired controller and it is not possible to fix it in game, it is not possible to fix it in Control Panel, it is not possible to fix it in any kind of Setting nor even with the manufacturer software. It is very important for customers to be aware of the very short return window Best Buy provide to their clients.

The button layout is incorrect for playing games on PC, and there is no way to change the mapping. You need to buy a gamepad that is made for "Xbox" to play games correctly on a Windows PC.

using this on raspberry pi as a gaming console, was plug and play - plug and done.

this item does not even work 90% of the time on my high end gaming pc. it literally is useless more often then not.

Not compatible with the games i played on pc and getting tech support is awful there website is terrible, if geek squad can't make it work , its not good

Had issues with my windows 11 don’t waste your money

Maybe 5 months of very occasional use with some emulators or steam games and the left stick cuts out to the point its mostly useless. The buttons still feel brand new, but the left stick sensors already broke. All forward/up angles cut out or fail to read, it worked alright for what it was at first but just the other day noticed angular movement was causing weird movement bugs/stopping then ultimately stopped reading most general input. The sensors are also more or less 0 to 100% input, I don't suggest this controller for shooters with the sticks having 100% output after maybe 25% stick lean. It has no proper sensitivity for the more pinpoint movements. Pro's- The D-pad/all buttons are still fine and feel responsive no lag or input issues. I like the physical design of it its very comfortable. I could have just gotten a faulty sensor, I've taken care of and not abused this one either so buyer beware these sticks just might not last. Due to the sticks default output I wouldn't recommend this for anything that relies on stick sensitivity for finer range moment.

100% better than a Bluetooth controller. I use this remote to play Fortnite on an Acer Chromebook 516GW using Nvidia’s GeForce NOW membership. The Bluetooth/wireless remotes resulted in way too much lag, this with the Chromebook produces speeds better than the Nintendo Switch (but stilll not as good as Fortnite on an iPad Pro - before the licensing drama).

I bought this controller impulsively and I gotta say, it's one impulsive purchase I don't regret. It feels so nice in the hands. I've tested it on PC and Nintendo Switch using classic games, and it is like bread and butter. It is essentially an SNES controller with 2 joysticks, a home button, a capture button, and two sets of triggers (R2 and L2). If you are into retro gaming, I strongly recommend this controller.

Haven’t had this long, but it’s been a great controller so far. The cord is a little shorter than I’d like. I’ve used it to play SNES on the Switch, and it’s perfect for that. Comfortable to hold. I’m so glad to find a retro-like controller!

Awesome little controller. It makes playing old school games like Super Nintendo's Super Mario World a breeze.

Seems nice enough quality, Built fairly sturdy, Unfortunately wouldn't work for the 2 games I have that require a joystick.
