Hd higher expectations
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just ok. The left stick and cross wants to input down a lot of the time when you’re going right. This was especially frustrating for younger players in my house. “ Why does Mario keep ducking?!”

Inaccurate Diagonals
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great little controller that feels as sturdy as anything officially released by Nintendo. However, it has one enormous drawback: The D-pad is wildly inaccurate. A great way to see this is to simply load up the Legend of Zelda and pay close attention to the direction you are walking. Link will rarely transition from up to down, but from up, right or left a few steps and then down. As one can imagine, this can be a deal-breaker on some titles. This is a common problem, and searching for a “dpad fix” may help some owners (it only requires tape and some patience). However, the unit’s board has been revised and the older methods do not work on the current one. It’s unfortunate, because this would be the perfect controller for retro gaming otherwise.

50/50
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought 2 of these to use for my retropie setup. The Bluetooth went out on one about 2 weeks after I purchased it. I can’t return it so I’m stuck using it as a wired controller. I’ve tried all the recommendations. IE software updates/resetting the controller etc. nothing works I just got a bad one I guess.

Decent controller with flexible config
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Used these for a time with PC + Android but moved on from them in favor of Razer controllers. I bought them initially when my kids were really little and had small hands. The compactness of these vs Xbox style controllers was helpful at the time.

Great alternative controller
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a lot of nostalgia for the SNES controller, and given my dislike in using the Joycons with the controller peripheral, this was a welcome change.
I would recommend this to a friend- Pros mentioned:Build quality
