The software to map the device is not plug and play. The controller advertised turbo buttons but mapping and understanding how to have the controller be understood by Steam is frustrating. It's doable but the newer model is easier to map, create turbos for, or use the dongle to have the Switch 2 understand it. There are cheaper alternatives like the Onn Wired controller at a fraction of the price.

He games on PC and Switch so it was super easy to have it set up on both platforms and use the switcher on the back of the controller to change the connections. He loves the charging dock too!

I would recommend looking up on YouTube how to connect it properly because it wasn't as intuitive as i thought but the actual responsiveness is great

Buy this, get the 2 year warranty in case anything happens, and have fun playing.

Would not recommend if you are trying to use with a playstation. To get the best use out of the controller you need to download some software to remap and update the controller. Overall a good controller.

The hall effect joysticks are a nice feature, the back buttons are placed well. D-pad is weirdly satuisfying to use and triggers are okay. Face buttons are good. No complaints really, works for my use case

So we bought these. Only caveat (which doesn't merit a star loss) the haptic feedback is very strong and not adjustable.
