Nothing but connectivity issues, and I've seen others with the same issues with no solution. Also looks like it won't be getting anymore updates because it's been at v1.03 firmware for about a year now. App is also unintuitive and for some reason the firmware updater and remapper are 2 different software. Buy something else for less, you'll get a better product anyways

I've had this controller for almost 4 months now and when it works, it's great. Unfortunately, I've had so many issues with what seems to be connection issues. It's sort of like lag or button presses and stick inputs just aren't registered. It could work fine for a few days, then, the issues start and they won't go away. I've updated the firmware and the issues happen on both bluetooth and 2.4ghz wifi modes. 8BitDo support wasn't any help either.

They sent me a used controller. I mean seriously. A USED CONTROLLER. Box was opened and retaped, controller was dirty and missing a cord. If you actually get sent a new one, then yes it is awesome.

Bought this controller to see if it would actually last, the hall effect joysticks are okay but the buttons feel mushy and thick and it randomly dcs the controller even when plugged into my computer. Will be looking for a new brand again

The buttons do not match Xbox and game configuration for the reason of low rating. It should be cheaper but you get what you pay for. It is useable and okay but you have to buy the USB stick to make it work better. Wish I could say more but that is all I wish to say for now.

I bough one of these and it did not have the dongle or dock in the box. Bestbuy will not let me return or replace it without driving an hour out to a physical store, where most likely they would probably refuse to refund me as well. Don’t trust this garbage or you’ll be stuck with a useless piece of trash.

There sre 2 models of this controller, bluetooth and non-bluetooth. The non-bluetooth is a servicable but not good controller. It has standard joysticks and only works by 2.4Ghz. The bluetooth one has better construction, hall effect joysticks, and uses 2.4Ghz or bluetooth for not much more money. Get that one.

Struggling to get this thing connected to my computer

Wont stay connected to my switch. Disconnects the moment I start a game.

Its worse than an xbox controller, id recommend something else

Purchased to use with my windows computer. No problems.

controler only worked a few times. my son has never broken a controller. So i do not believe it is his fault. Iread all of the reviews before Christmas. Now all the reviews are nothing but problems. And 1 week out of return time limit.

These are the only 8 bit controllers I have had issues with. The best version I’ve tried was the c type 2.4gz. The others were just unreliable

Says you can use this for PC/XBOX but keeps going back to the switch layout. Flase advertising. Only buy if you want it for the switch!

Great product, no loud clicks when pressing the buttons, 2 back buttons, easy to use software, and the dongle is included, its inside the charging stand! Much cheaper alternative to the other pricey controllers, and has hall effect sticks, no stick drift!

It has almost everything, rumble(notHD), turbo ( for those who dislike repating tapping), it can wake up the system( shake to wake) yet No NFC functions( which is not a negative for some). It also has an app to further customize its features making thing easier for some games
