||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There are no written directions it's just pictures of different controllers and games systems and you're supposed to figure out which one works for you I suppose the directions suck and the customer service for the product doesn't exist soif you can't figure it out which I was not able to then I am stuck with the product or returning it it was an open box when I bought it most likely for the same reason because the original owner couldn't figure it out either.
