Bad connectivity (Used only on PC)

Could notice the delay from when I press any button on the controller to what shows on my computer. After 15 minutes it started to lock or continuosly input certain buttons on my controller without me pressing them. Controller started to conpletely disconnect after an hour of use and I would have to reconnect it via the usb dongle. 0/10 wouldn't recommend.

Works Fine But Why So Big?

The problem is only one fits into the port. The other port will not fit the adaptir because the one plugged in is blocking the port. They should have made the adaptor longer and slimmer instead.
