This is a great machine if you don't have a job, because you'll need to babysit it! Waste of time and money. Have to constantly empty it, ice doesnt stay frozen and starts melting and clumping. The tray only holds 1/3 of the capacity of ice than the reservoir does water, meaning for each water reservoir fill you'll need to empty the tray 3-4 times. Did I mention it takes over an hour to fill the tray? And will make all sorts of noises in the mean time. Makes enough ice for 2 people. If you have a family or party to serve, this is too small of a machine. We're going back to manually filling silicone trays. This was a total waste of time and money! As was taking the time to write this review. Oh the irony!

I chose this model as a replacement for a different brand that had stopped working but was still under 2 year protection. After running a couple of batches, and tossing those, the next batches tasted like plastic. I tried several rounds of cleaning with a vinegar solution and next with a lemon juice solution. Nothing got that taste out. I returned it and instead got an Insignia brand.

I paid for a new item and was sent a refurbished one

Can cracked so we returned it the same day. The color isn't as pretty as the picture and it looks cheap. Probably would have returned it anyway.

Spotty performance. When I called the help number listed I was caught in a loop and never got to speak with a representative.

Loved it, used it every day. Then it just stopped working after cleaning it per the instructions. Ice will not freeze even though it runs through its cycle.

Let's get two errors about this product out of the way first: 1. There are not three sizes to choose from, only two. The product description says again and again that this unit can make three different sizes. Wrong. Small and Large. That's it. 2. There is nothing cubic about these ice "cubes". They're actually bullet shaped, and about 1/5 of them will trap air inside their "cone", displacing your drink. That means you'll run out of your beverage that much sooner. That being said, this is a nice little countertop ice maker that makes ice quickly. Its small size doesn't take up much room on the counter, and it runs relatively quietly until there's the loud "thunk" of the ice hitting the ice bucket. I'm in a motel that has a malfunctioning ice machine that will steal your money and produce nothing. Management says "tough". It's nice to make my own ice so I don't have to deal with that. I only make smal" ice bullets so I can fit as many of them as I can in my beverage container. So far it's worked well, although my drink runs empty a little early because some of the "bullets" trap air inside of them. At 200 Watts of power consumption, this is a device I feel comfortable plugging into a strip. I like the fact that I can pour melted ice water back into the unit and turn it into ice again. Waste not, want not! This was a little on the expensive side, but so were all the rest in its class, so there's no getting around that. Pros: Small size, portable, relatively quiet, quick ice, can re-freeze melted ice water. Cons: Only two sizes of ice available, ice shape is a "bullet", not cube. Somewhat expensive, but not outrageously so.

Easy to use. Makes little ice cubes every 10 minutes or so. I thought the cubes were too soft when I collected them in a bag and put them in my big freezer. I discovered that when frozen that they break apart quite easily and are fine. Very pleased with this machine.

On June 17, 2020 I purchased this unit and on July 4, 2020 it gave up the ghost and does not make ice any longer.

Was okay when it worked. No longer makes ice, just blinks to add water when full.
