    Agents replaced the original Yamaha receiver on Oct 15. The same problem began within a week of skipping sound and then no sound. The receiver functions occasionally and I’ve called numerous times for tech support. One tech showed up while the receiver was working and had no input on the problem and left. Called within a week for the continued problem and scheduled another appointment but no one called or showed up. I called Friday 11/11 and was told that the problem was going to be escalated and that a manager from the store on University/Cattleman would call me within two hours. Guess what, no one called.
