    Guys were nice , however my husband is very unhappy about clicker. We can’t figure it out. There is only one clicker and two stories in building. Used up and down. We were not left with any brochures at all. We be tried to contact installer to no avail. We need someone to come over and explain system. We can’t even change channels.

    My only concern is why the installers weren't allowed to set up the Harmony remote to function as needed. We could not use some of the streaming services. Also had to use the TV remote to turn on the TV then Harmony universal remote for other functions. We had to schedule and pay for another visit.
