My husband loves our surround sound and they made it happen for our new TV

When they came out to install the TV we were told that they don't do audio/video set up any more so this $69.99 service was cancelled then we found out that they do indeed set up audio/video so we called to set up a date to have this done and were then told it would be $129.99 I think someone at Best Buy should know what is going on but it doesn.t look like it Right now I am fighting for my 10% on my first purchase having a hard time with that also.

Agent did a great job installing and had it up and running in no time

The new receiver & speaker hook-up went very well. Operating features were pointed out to us.

the agents didn,t setup properly, didn,t set up speakers correctly. sound from speakers is not balanced.

Agents replaced the original Yamaha receiver on Oct 15. The same problem began within a week of skipping sound and then no sound. The receiver functions occasionally and I’ve called numerous times for tech support. One tech showed up while the receiver was working and had no input on the problem and left. Called within a week for the continued problem and scheduled another appointment but no one called or showed up. I called Friday 11/11 and was told that the problem was going to be escalated and that a manager from the store on University/Cattleman would call me within two hours. Guess what, no one called.

Everything was great! Installation, went smooth & bot techs were very professional.

The GS installed a wall mount for my TV and set it up perfectly! Great job.

Nesw receiver was installed and is working nicely.

Guys were nice , however my husband is very unhappy about clicker. We can’t figure it out. There is only one clicker and two stories in building. Used up and down. We were not left with any brochures at all. We be tried to contact installer to no avail. We need someone to come over and explain system. We can’t even change channels.
