    Tech came to my home twice (same tech). Nice enough guy, but admittedly did not have the experience to complete the full job. And my Sonos Port is still NOT set up and working. Aldo no wire maintenance was provided. I will end up retiring to the job to streamline the cables. Don’t keep sending the same tech out who can’t complete job. Another work order was supposedly to be completed to get someone to my home to complete the job. Haven’t heard anything?????????

    The Geek Squad guy was in a big rush to fix the TV connection issue and was leaving when I found he had created another issue. After he was gone we discovered that he had disconnected part of our whole home speaker system. TOTAL FAIL AND NEVER AGAIN USE GEEK SQUAD.
