Cancelled service - Poor follow through
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I scheduled an appointment to perform the Audyssey® Setup on my Marantz receiver. I was very specific in my notes when setting the appointment. The night before the scheduled appointment a tech texts me asking what the appointment is for. After telling the tech, he texts that he does home consultations and I that need an audio calibration service. Best Buy's own website has the following info about In-Home Service, "Have one of our professional installers connect and configure your A/V receiver or processor to your audio or video source. We'll also connect your device to your existing wireless network (if Wi-Fi compatible), configure your speaker settings and help you set up 2 subscription services." I immediately canceled the appointment and am very displeased at the lack of attention to detail and Best Buy not being able to handle this request.
