    I scheduled an appointment to perform the Audyssey® Setup on my Marantz receiver. I was very specific in my notes when setting the appointment. The night before the scheduled appointment a tech texts me asking what the appointment is for. After telling the tech, he texts that he does home consultations and I that need an audio calibration service. Best Buy's own website has the following info about In-Home Service, "Have one of our professional installers connect and configure your A/V receiver or processor to your audio or video source. We'll also connect your device to your existing wireless network (if Wi-Fi compatible), configure your speaker settings and help you set up 2 subscription services." I immediately canceled the appointment and am very displeased at the lack of attention to detail and Best Buy not being able to handle this request.

    I am still having issues. He didn’t have a computer with him so was unable to complete his needed work. He said he would set up another appointment. Haven’t heard anything yet. Sound is still an issue!

    This is my 2nd one! First crapped out after 2 years! Going to give it one more go. Thankfully it has a 3 year warranty!
