    They had no clue what they were doing. They were there fir Moct four hrs. And not only did they get nothing done they made it not work so i had to go back through everything whitch took hrs just to get it working again. Theres no way i shoud have to pay for that service, if anything i should be the one gettiby k

    Waiting for squad to return to complete installing equipment, new amp, etc. Will have waited 2 1/2 weeks when told they would be back in "a few days with new speakers." TV installation went great.

    the agent did a great job connecting my system up BUT BEST BUY manage staff SUCKS. Delayed my time showing up on the arrangement day and gave me the run around about where my equipment was. I RATE BEST BUY A 0 CONCERNING MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY

    Two TV installs - different results!

    The Best Buy techs mounted the TV but could not bury the wires, which was part of my requested service. A 2nd sub-contracted Geek Squad team installed a different tv and buried the wires.

    Knowledge and set up were excellent. The rat nest of cables left not so much. Having to use 4 remotes is a pain.

    Geek Squad installed the Denon receiver.

    The Denon didn't allow the installers to use the automatic sound set up. The Geek Squad did a good job. The Denon receiver didn't allow them to set up the speakers.

    Had to pay for this extra service connection at the store when the tv was purchased. $60.00. Then when installers installed the tv I found that I had to pay additional for a part to actually install the Bose. $ 50.00. I should have been told all of this up front. Plus I had a vcr that I wanted hooked up which I told same to the sales rep at purchase. She advised no problem, installers advised that the vcr could no longer be hooked up with the newer television. Come on folks get on the same page. I should be reimbursed for some of the extra out of pocket and confusion.

    very disappointed with this experience geek squad was out and checked my receiver out decided there was a problem with it so I had to take it in \to the store which is 45 miles for me where they sent it in to find out nothing was wrong with it which now I have to go back over to pic k it up in the meantime I have left my outside sales rep messages to schedule the install and been over a week and haven't heard anything

    Ahmed, the technician, was EXCEPTIONAL in his knowledge, ability, and professionalism. Geek squad leadership SUCKS! Customer service is DESPICABLE!!!

    Not sure why you are contracting stuff! There is a total disconnect between customer, GeeK squad and third party of work expectations! I needed an AV receiver connected and I have Xfinity box, air play and blue tooth Receiver and all the technician did was connect wires to receiver that were already connected to speakers! I am no ???? and even my 12 yr old could do that! Not for $150?????

    Paid for Geek Squad and I got a 3rd party contractor who was totally lost on how to hook up my receiver to the TV. He managed to get my receiver hooked up using a Fire Stick. Next day I purchased a digital optical cable and hooked up the system myself having to undo what he did. If Best Buy is going to use 3rd party contractors, they should make sure they are qualified. He was great on TV set up and mounting, but lost for over an hour on how to connect the receiver to the TV.

    Unprofessional third-party Best Buy geek squad rep

    Very unhappy with the service. Best Buy geek squad sent a third-party rep that made things worse not better now instead of having to use 1 Remote now I got to use 2 to turn things on. The GEEK rep showed up in a moving van with no form of ID and barely spoke English plus barely spoke or answered any questions. For $130 an hour I was seriously angry by the time he left. So angry that I had to pay to have him come in my house and make things worse. Very upset and disappointed in the Best Buy geek squad service. Or lack of service. So very angry.

    Starting from the end - The geek squad engineers coming home are very professional, nice, and doing great work. The problem is that setting a meeting is always getting the wrong assignment and the meeting might be canceled at the last minute. All items I bought from best buy had technical issues and needed fixing or replacement.

    Although instruction at the time seemed good, its clear that key info was left out. There are issues that are not easy to resolve and no coherent documentation was left with me. While I was assured that I could just text with a follow-up question, the text was never answered. Also, some minor but annoying wood damage in the ceiling that I will have to repair.

    Unfortunately, the person said my a/v receiver was to old and not capable of connecting the Bose speakers to the receiver and tv. However, as I already had them connected, he did get the DVD player to work with the speakers. (?) When he left, I turned off the DVD player it did not come back on again. Since my speakers did work with the tv prior to being moved, I do not think he knew how to work with an older a/v. So bought a new a/v, and have scheduled the Geek squad to come again next week for set-up.

    It took 4 trips by the Geeks before Chris realized there was a disconnect between the TV and sound bar. I exchanged the sound bar and all is well.

    your tech team failed terribly,they couldn't get my issue resolved ,so i am no farther ahead then i was back in January when i first started this service.it would have been better if you had sent someone the was skilled in Technolgie instead of a couple installers.your team finally showed up after the 6th appointment

    TV still turns off payed for service and still same problems This is the second time we had them out same problems.Said we needed a receiver and we bought one they still don't have it right times out every day!!!
