    not all the devices are connected due to lack of connective cables, so still need techs to return.

    Not good.Sadly! The guy got it wrong,out TV was good but the plug in our receiver was bad. He never got anything going really. We did the work yet had to pay. I lost any confidence or faith in Geek Squad.

    My subwoofer was not working and the guy said it could be receiver or sub and he could not figure it out. He then promised he would come back and resolve the issue. I told him I would buy a new one whichever one it was but they never called or came back. That was 3 weeks ago. And I even tipped them as well. I expect this to be fixed

    The team was very nice and cordial, but the results of their work was not very good. I wanted to use one remote and I made this clear in addition to direct internet connections not Wi-Fi , I had a switch for them to use. I am now using four remotes, had to rewrite Apple TV and the sound is always out of sync. It’s a real mess and I don’t know if the Geek Squad can do it.

    The technician who was sent to install the receiver was not knowledgeable. He left the job half done. His supervisor then came but too was not able to finish the job. It took Geek Squad 4 different technician to complete the work. Very disappointed by the service for the price they charged me

    the technician did not solve the issue in fact made it worse. The connection to the centre speaker was loose causing the amp to keep shutting off. I didn't have the issue before the service. When they told me it would be over a week before they could comeback out I fixed it myself. A supervisor contacted me about this later and was going to arrange for another tech to come out and reprogram my universal remote (I previously bought from you). I never heard back from them. Very disappointing. I no longer want anyone to come back out. I think I deserve my money back.

    They could not set up the equipment. They came out a total of six times and each time they did nit even know what they were supposed to set up. They also were hours late on multiple occasions a truly horrible experience unfortunately.

    I used the service because I thought the 83" TV was a little big for me to handle. Instead of removing the TV from the packing, they broke the Styrofoam around the base to make it easier to add the mount. OK, but I wanted to keep the packaging, for future moves. I just had them hang the TV, replace the in wall cables, and I connected the rest.

    a not even a week after hooking up the unit messed up the TV reception and sound. the direct installer claimed the unit was hooked up wrong.

    It took until 3 weeks after the purchase and 5 visits from Geek Squad to install one printer, one AV Receiver, and one Fire TV Cube. Sales consultant approved the purchase of a Amazon Echo, but it didn't do the job of controlling a TV. One person was sent to do both computer printer and TV/Audio work, but two people should of been sent. One technician came 2 hours before the scheduled window and I wasn't home. I called him and got his voice mail which said to call his boss at a number that had been disconnected because she doesn't work for Best Buy any longer. The tech didn't know the Dot wouldn't do the job until working on it over a half hour and calling his office. The whole process was a fiasco and one I wish I had never started with Best Buy.

    Horrible Job Connecting Tuner and Surround Sound

    The service person was here for 3 hours and obviously struggled with the setup. At one point he was packing up and ready to leave and I asked to demo the hook up so that I was assured all speakers were working. They did not work, so he spent another hour on the hookup. They were working when he left. A few nights later, my fiancée and I decided to watch a movie and enjoy our new surround sound. Shortly after starting the movie the tuner tripped off…we restarted several times and it kept tripping off. We pulled out the owners manual and discovered the error message was telling us the line shorted. We pulled out the tuner and discovered a mess of wires connected on the back. There were exposed wires and a lot of the wires were intertangled. It was a mess! We disconnected everything and reconnected with no exposed wires or lines tangled between each other. It has worked perfectly since we disconnected and reconnected properly. What a waste of money to have Geek Squad come out…never again!

    It was nice to have wires connected correctly, but the process of adjusting the speakers, etc was not worth the cost. Basic setup that could have easily been performed myself

    The Geek Squad came to work on my sound system. It worked when they left but later conked out. I called Zach and followed his directions. It still didn’t work. Zach said he would call back but he never did. IT STILL DOES NOT WORK!!
