I would like a refund for the item, and installation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Amin handled my order,and I have emailed him twice, but he has never had the coutesy to reply to me!!!

Terrible, look elsewhere

I’ve had the same crew out twice, the first time they didn’t explain anything because they were overbooked? Not my fault. The second time they came out they literally told me to jiggle the wire behind my TV when the sound doesn’t come on which is virtually every time I go to watch the system.! Unreal!! Terrible experience! 1/2 star or perhaps a 1/4.

Don’t trust Best Buy’s claims department.

They promised us a claims rep would reach out to us in 72 hours. Almost two weeks later we finally get a reply from their claims department. They won’t reimburse us for our time that we were waiting for them to respond to calls and emails. We will probably be without use of our kitchen and living room for over a month. This is the worst. No one is helping us. I’ll never use Best Buy Geek Squad again.

Nice team but left problem unsolved

I have to follow up with them to have the guys back out to program my remote and integrate TV RECEIVER AND PROJCTOR

Waste of time and money in my opinion.

Although I was informed that Geek Squad would set up a follow-up, I had to do it myself. The original tech also did not come out and speak to me at the store. During the second appontment, Geek Squad installed most of the railing the second time; however, Geek Squad failed to install the railing directly behind the bed. No, I would not consider them again for this type of project.

I purchased new DANON receiver, and make another appointment to finally install. What surprise was there that my order disappear from site. supposed to be on Friday, tomorrow 7 to 3pm

Disappointed!

It broke down lessthan 4 months after purchasing it, and I hardly used it either, nor did I ever come close to blasting it. Despite being a 'total geek customer' I had to wait approximately 6 weeks to get it back. Disappointed as I've always had excellent service and high-quality product from Best Buy.
