    You keep asking me for this review. I cancelled the AV Review & processor set up. It never happened. I decided I did not want it after having a terrible experience with scheduling the tv delivery & setup

    The receiver doesn't work properly, doesn't control volume, doesn't handshake well with the tv, doesn't work properly with the helios app. Called the technicians several times over 7 day with no response.

    This was a crash & dash operation. Hang the TV, hook up some wires & run. No adjusting the receiver surround system, NOTHING. Pay a local electronics / theater system person an extra $100 and get your surround system tuned for your room & seating area. Geek squad no longer does this, waste of money !

    Purchased Yamaha receiver. Also purchased the geek squad technical support for $200. Then was charged like $50 for them to come out and set up the item. They came out only once and was unable to hook it up. Tech dude said it was defective. They’ve changed the appointment time 3-4 times since the 4th of July when I made the purchase. If possible I wouldn’t give any stars at all. Not worth $1

    Install only worked for 1 hour after they left. Took receiver back. I don't blame Geek Suaud for that.

    Geek Squad team screwed up the AV receiver setup

    Very bad experience with Geek Squad team who came to install the AV receiver. They did not even guide me on how to calibrate the audio for my home theater room. The voice output comes only from center channel and is low for the room. I explained but they did not care to help me

    They did not do what we needed done. I should have informed about exactly they do for each level you pay for. They hooked up 2 wires for $129.00. We need them to set up our surround sound. I would have paid the higher price if I knew what was I paid for.

    they did nothing i had to reprogram my TV he messed it up as for my reciever he told me that my left spearker connection was broke so i had to go back and reconnect my spearks to the reciever and they were not broken then i had to reconnect my other speakers and i ask him to reconnect them so i am very dissatisfide with the geek squad you guys should refund my $49.99 thank you

    Been texting the Geek Squad repair for 3 weeks and no response to resolve my in-home theatre installation. Not happy, very frustrated, and will not be purchasing from Best Buy ever again...that's after spending "thousands of dollars" for our new home construction audio/tv install and kitchen appliances including washer/dryer.

    I have absolutely no faith in the geek squad. They came they installed and left. When I try to ask a question, I did not get a definitive answer. As far as I am concerned, they are useless.

    Your reps cancelled 5 appointments within minutes of their arrival. I would not recommend Best Buy to anyone. This is the trouble with big box companies they simply don't care nor follow up.

    The receiver was installed and nearly all of the components aren't working. The second zone is not working as well. Reschedule with another technician for a more professional installation. Also, the technician took my receiver / CD player with them without discussion. I would like these returned.

    Geek squad ordered and installed the same receiver twice. I can go into more, but it's all too tiring. Anthony, the installer, was good. I'll never buy from Best Buy / Geek Squad again. If you do, get ready for a chaotic mess.
