Geek Sqad not able to make it work

I am up to my 8th appointment with the geeks home theater specialist. To not end. Not satisfied. I paid for this I was expecting them to install & figure this out

Home theater speakers not installed

The technicians came and said that they will put a note and get the right team to take care of the request. but its been 4 days i havent received any call from Best buy on my request and i see they have closed the case too.

TV install ok. Home theater not ok.

If your happy with your home theater setup then don't tell them that you have a home theater system. The Geeks messed mine up and it took hours to get it working correctly.

Horrible Customer Service

Horrible Technician

Geek Squad a Disaster!

Tech also failed to respond to follow-up email and phone call asking for help. There could not have been a worse outcome or worse service.

Confusing Denon Receiver
