Jesse gave us great service. He explained each function of the universal remote and gave us excellent instructions on its operation.

Chad and one other person came and hooked up our TV system in Athol Baptist church and they did a marvelous job. I thank them so much. They were very helpful and did a wonderful job. Everything works fine.

It's good to have an expert do the set up. I like to do my own installations but recently had surgery on my shoulder. The tech showed up at the right time and handled everything in a very short time. Their familiarity with all things AV make it simple for them and they can show you very quickly how to get the most out of your new set up.

Agent knew exactly what to do. He was polite, and made sure everything worked as it was supposed to!

the people who came to do the work were great. I had issues with the installation which required a second and a third visit. scheduling these were a nightmare. I called and was told it was an hour plus wait time. I went to the store to schedule, explained the situation and asked for the same installers since they knew the issues. In spite of the store workers putting notes in the system, I never was able to get the same people to come out so every time someone came, we had to pretty much start over. I still have an issue but I give up.

The agents hooked up our blu ray and sound system before my wife's surgery and recovery. We are very pleased at having the system set up and she now can enjoy movies and tv while being laid up for the next 6 or so weeks. We appreciated the ease of their getting it done and showing us how it all functions.

The agent efficiently connected my home theater system to my new receiver andwas able trouble shoot a tv connection issue.

Everything appeared to work fine when the tech was here and I was super excited. The very next day the subwoofer stopped working and hasnt worked since. I purchased the cable the tech me to get and still nothing. Pretty frustrating after spending $140 to have someone check the wires and have it working great.

The A/V receiver & amplifier is an excellent piece of audio equipment to go with the TV. It is installed in our outdoor kitchen. We use it to listen to baseball & football games, & to listen to music.

The techs were here to update our audio system settings after going to Spectrum. They were very meticulous and made sure they maximized the capabilities of the components.

This went smoothly, bought a record player for my elderly in laws and then hired geek squad to hook it up for them. I wasn't there but the tech called me to state when he would be there and called afterwards to let me know it was done and he showed them how to operate and where to reference in the manual should they have any trouble

Highly recommend Geek Squad for home theatre installations. We purchased a home theatre unit. I’m pretty knowledgeable about media installations but this one as over my head. Kyle, our installer, had it installed and configured within 45 minutes.
