The geek squad (Justus and another gentleman) are so knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, professional and just all round amazing! They did a fantastic job and I won’t hesitate to call them again.

I wish I remembered the name of our TV installer. He was quick and complete. He explained how to work the TV and set up our streaming services for us. He was so polite. We’ve had no issues!

The agent efficiently connected my home theater system to my new receiver andwas able trouble shoot a tv connection issue.

My new receiver is doing the job, and just added a dvd to it today.

Chad and one other person came and hooked up our TV system in Athol Baptist church and they did a marvelous job. I thank them so much. They were very helpful and did a wonderful job. Everything works fine.

I was surprised as it was a new team of agents completing the job and they did well with minimal "catch-up" time or fumbling. All components are now in place and functioning. The cables and adaptors noted above were used to good effect. The residual problem is the failure, to date, to remove the old equipment.

Ken Gage installed my Yamaha Advantage receiver to replace old receiver. Connected to existing LG75" t.v. And explained all the new features I can utilize. We can still remember how to change using all remotes. Smart, nice gentleman. Thanks Ken!
