Fabulous service! The technicians were very professional, courteous, used shoe cover slip ons even though not necessary, were very knowledgeable and patient to answer ALL of our questions and being an Electronic Tech. myself, there were many and they wasted no time, got the job done quickly.

The only thing that went right with this order was the 2 guys who brought this garbage to my house. It didnt take long to realize the garbagethey brought was totally unacceptable. They apologized and packed the garbage up with respect and understanding.

The agents were very knowledgeable and very helpful. I wish they had gone through a little more details of the operation of the receiver, but I got it down now.

Technicians arrived on time and were Professional, very Courteous and knowledgeable. 5 stars to these technicians for a job well done.

These guys were outstanding. Best Buy had sold me the wrong receiver. The tech advised that we needed a 5 channel receiver, recommended the best items for quality sound and helped me order them during the appointment. He returned the next day and installed all the components. It sounds great and looks nice too

Your tech was right on time, called me before he came to let me know what time to expect him and he was right on time. He figured out the problem I was having with my Home Theater system fixed it and explained what he had done and spent some extra time to answer some questions I had about the operation of my system. Once again Brinne and her coworker were excellent in their work, customer service and always wanting to make sure we were pleased with the final product. She has been the best Geek squad member that I've ever worked with from a customer service and work stand point.

The agent was very helpful and friendly. He checked the different devices connected to the receiver to make sure they working and gave me clear instructions on how to use the remote to select each device and search the channels.
