My A/V set up could not have been better. My tech was thorough and personable. He made sure that my system was working well and that I knew how to use it.

Everybody that came to my house, hooked me up 100% told me what to purchase got it. Kattie came to my house and did an excellent job. I am very impressed.

Agents came and did the set up just the way I wanted it. After they were done the showed me how everything worked.

The Geek squad technicians were so knowledgable and professional. They were helpful with placement of our system and set up and answered all of our questions.

The service guy was very nice and shared some information. The problem I have is that when I went online and chatted to find out if Best Buy could fix my issue, he never told that Best Buy only repairs items like mine only if I had purchased a warranty. It was a waste of my time to bring it in.

The guys did a great job, very knowledgeable staff made the job nice and easy. Explained what and why they were changing or making adjustments.

The guys did a quick and easy installation for my speakers and amplifier. Not that hard but it was a Sonos Amp which is not like most other audio amplifiers since it works off of an app you download and allows better direct wifi for Apple music, Spotify and many others. Where the Geek Squad guys really did a good job was walking me through the app and how it all works. saved me a lot of hours of trial and error. Very satisfied.

Tannyr did an amazing job!!!! He connected 5 Sonos amplifiers to 5 different zones. I can now control all 5 zones individually or as a group from my iPhone. He is extremely knowledgeable. He was very friendly and professional. I had multiple AV folks look at my system over 5 years. Tannyr was the only one who could figure it out. He is in the top 1% of AV techs. He is a GURU!!!! I am so thankful for all his help. All my future purchases will be at Best Buy.
