Would recommend them because of their professionalism and knowledgable of many programs and systems. They also find a way to explain it to the average person.

When in need of help, call the Geek Squad!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed a broken TV replaced with a similar one, along with speakers located all in over the house, The Geek squad had to wait while we had a cabin fixed buteven set up our TV so we could watch it until they could complete the project. We have always had great success with their service. They need to hire a few more service people and give them some time off as they work long hours.

Upgraded Receiver.

Entire process only took about 1 hour and technician set up my theater speakers to which tone fit my acoustics better. My system sounds amazing and would recommend this process to anyone looking for an upgrade.

Repeat visit from Geek Squad

When finished,, Justus wasn't sure if the problem wasn't resolved with the A/V receiver or not. They said to call back if needed.

We’ve ask for him to come each time because he is very knowledgeable, fast and thorough. We’ve had other techs come in the past but he seems to be the most proficient. Installed new receiver while backing up iPhone.

During the backup he checked all the wiring on the new receiver, synced it with the TV controls, and calibrated the speakers for the room by frequency ranges.
