High end TV/Amp installation

Polite, efficient and watching his work, we knew he was very experienced and we felt confident. Maybe he should be promoted to train others? Or given an incentive award?

Friendly techs

In the end they were unsuccessful so it still doesn’t work. They were very pleasant and eager to try to find a way to do it. They did give a couple other suggestions on a better viewing experience which have helped.

I continue to keep my Best Buy TotalTech yearly subscription up to date so that I can call on the Geek Squad anytime I need help. They are always there for me. I rely on their professionalism, quality, value, response and being on time and the way they explain/demonstrate everything to me.

When in need of help, call the Geek Squad!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed a broken TV replaced with a similar one, along with speakers located all in over the house, The Geek squad had to wait while we had a cabin fixed buteven set up our TV so we could watch it until they could complete the project. We have always had great success with their service. They need to hire a few more service people and give them some time off as they work long hours.
