two of the geek squad installers came to our home and gave advise that we needed to build out our fireplace mantle in order for the pull down bracket to clear the fireplace. Bad advice. After spending $1500 to hire a contractor to professionally build a unit to hold the bracket, it was diagnosed by another geek squad installer that the build out was not NECESSARY. How and why would this happen? Incorrect information and misdiagnosed is not acceptable.

Installation went as planned. Entire process only took about 1 hour and technician set up my theater speakers to which tone fit my acoustics better. My system sounds amazing and would recommend this process to anyone looking for an upgrade.

Jordan and Justys worked on the A/V receiver and remote with multi-room speakers assist. When finished,, Justus wasn't sure if the problem wasn't resolved with the A/V receiver or not. They said to call back if needed.

Fabian and his assistant provided (once again) exceptional service. We’ve ask for him to come each time because he is very knowledgeable, fast and thorough. We’ve had other techs come in the past but he seems to be the most proficient. Please express our appreciation to Fabian.

Jorge was excellent. He started by backing up my iPhone (separate help request). During the backup he checked all the wiring on the new receiver, synced it with the TV controls, and calibrated the speakers for the room by frequency ranges.
