The magnolia theater people set up the receiver and the universal remotes and it has worked really well together. The picture and sound quality have been great. Easy to switch between functions/different activities.

The agents ran the hdmi cable and power cord behind the wall to my wall-mounted TV and spliced speaker wires and connected my 5.1 speakers. The TV looks beautiful and the sound system sounds great. Their service was an incredible value for the price.

Came in and set up the receiver and made sure it all worked well.

The rep connected our A/V equipment as requested and configured the system so we only need one remote. However, I was not happy with the way he left the speaker wires. You website says that wires and cables will be neatly dressed. As you can see from the attached photos, they were not.

Had a total of 4 TVs mounted on the wall. Geek Squad did an AMAZING job on all of them. Worked fast, very meticulous and consulted with me for the proper height and centering before starting each one, paired my new receiver with the remote and also helped hook up Roku on 2 tvs. Highly recommend using Geek Squad...they were all very knowledgeable!

The Geek Squad, Neal & Tom did an outstanding job placing and mounting our outdoor speakers. Seat up zones and programmed our receiver and worked to test our surround sound system. Really great to work with!

I invested in a new 85" Sony TV! Use a sound bar--bah humbug! I set up a full feature surround sound Home Theater... Best Buy took care of my every need. It looks and sounds great - - loving it! Just in time for the Tokyo Olympics too!!!

Since I had true surround sound, with Bose speakers and a subwoofer behind the sofa, and a blu-ray player, I had to have a receiver, and go with a center-channel speaker, since a sound bar won't work hand-in-hand yet...the "geeks" made it look easy.
