The Geek Squad was very thorough in trying to solve my surrond sound issue. The problem ended up being my Xumo device and not my sound equipment.

Installation of 65 inch LG OLED TV. Great guys who knew what they were doing all the way, and tried to instill in me the best way to deal with my purchase. I couldn't have done it without them.

The agents seemed very experienced and knowledgeable, but they had a difficulty connecting the A/V receiver to my existing blu-ray player. As well, they were allotted about 2 hours to do the job, but between the TV mounting, receiver hook-up, game consoles, power conditioner, set-up and testing, there wasn't enough time to error-check. So, I ended up buying a new blu-ray player and am going to have them come back out to install it and de-bug their original set-up.
