The service man Nick. Was very rude. He made us all feel stupid when I asked him to. Try another controller. He says why don’t you try it and I said, but I’m paying you and his reasoning was why do you have to talk to me that way when My family and I are over 70 years old, he treated us with so much disrespect I have never had this bad service before. The job was complete, but after he made sure he made us feel stupid.

geek squad set up a short-through projector and adjusted the screen image to exactly fit the screen. They were meticulous and knowledgeable in the craft.

These young men were here on time, professional greeting as they entered our home. They were quick with delivery and setup of TV and all parts. They walked me though instructions on how to use TV with remote. And cleaned up any debris from TV and receiver.

The agents finished setting up my receiver. It took the two them over two hours! They did a great job once they got here! It took four failed appts on their part before I got service!

Very professional and skilled in setting up a complicated system. Sound system works great. No way could I set up this system with the receiver and the Harmony remote.

My two agents arrived on time, put some shoe covers on before entering, wore masks at my request, were polite, got to work, got it all done pretty quickly and then, THE BEST PART, they sat down with me to show me how to USE the set-up!!! We had to go over it a few times---they made sure I knew how to juggle my three remotes!! They told me, as they were leaving, that it would take a few tries before it was second nature. They were right. Thanks for a really great Geek Squad visit!!!
