Very nice and courteous. Would do it again. Not cheap but affordable.

They were early, very efficient and receiver set up correctly. Finished quickly.

My two agents arrived on time, put some shoe covers on before entering, wore masks at my request, were polite, got to work, got it all done pretty quickly and then, THE BEST PART, they sat down with me to show me how to USE the set-up!!! We had to go over it a few times---they made sure I knew how to juggle my three remotes!! They told me, as they were leaving, that it would take a few tries before it was second nature. They were right. Thanks for a really great Geek Squad visit!!!

The guys that set up the AC Denon AV receiver we very good and answered a few basic questions. I'm sure I'll have more questions as I begin using the system.

The technician set up the TV and routed and connected all speakers. They then tested everything and made adjustments to the speakers and receiver so that every was synchronized. Very professional and helpful!!

I have ranted about the nightmare in dealing with the Contract Company which now does most installs for Best Buy. We finally got an actual (the last one left at our local store) Best Buy employee to handle the install and are now, So very happy!!!! Do yourself a Big favor, Demand only a Best Buy employee installer handle you job!! Not a contractor!!!!!!!

Due to the many settings available on my Onkyo CD player, it took two visits by the Geek Squad to dial it in. It’s now perfect and much easier to use!

Best Buy geek squad service people are very personable, knowledgeable and careful while installing and doing stuff with your system. Wouldn’t have anybody else work on my home theater thank you Best Buy and geek squad.

These young men were here on time, professional greeting as they entered our home. They were quick with delivery and setup of TV and all parts. They walked me though instructions on how to use TV with remote. And cleaned up any debris from TV and receiver.

Geek Squad Member was very professional and knowledgable. Had my issue fixed and everything working just great within just a few minutes.

Installed new receiver and set it up with tv and direct tv box. Made sure everything was setup properly. GreT job!
