Excellent audio video receiver. Still learning all of the features. No compatibility problems with high end 4K Sony TV, Blueray player, Denon turntable into Klipsch Cornwall speakers I have owned since 1985. In particular, I like the stereo 2 channel only selection feature for music CD's and and vinyl with original 2 channel recording. A center channel Klipsch circa 2010 loudspeaker is very effective with movie dialog.

The Squad installed and connected everything. They programed an extra controller for me and taught me how to use it.

The geek squad member was very professional and had to the patience to explain things to me multiple times on how to work my new reciever.

The installers were great! Unfortunately they said they could not install the speakers that we bought, said someone else has to do that. We paid for the installation not sure why they did not arrange for everything to be done!!! They screwed up our first appt. and put us off for a little over 3 weeks! Then they can't do everything we paid for! Now have not heard when the job will be finished! We are having company over the holidays and are disgusted with your customer service!!!

The agent hooked up our new Denon receiver we purchased. He did an excellent job, but we have always had great service from the Geek Squad!

We bought a 40” Samsung smart tv and a Samsung sound bar with subwoofer. Alberto from the Hickory, NC Geek Squad came to our home to set it all up. He was so excellent and helpful. We had never had a smart tv before; and he patiently explained the controls to us. We had a follow up question and he resolved that, too. A really terrific tech worker!
