Alberto from the Hickory, NC Geek Squad is GREAT!

Alberto from the Hickory, NC Geek Squad came to our home to set it all up. He was so excellent and helpful. We had never had a smart tv before; and he patiently explained the controls to us. We had a follow up question and he resolved that, too. A really terrific tech worker!

Surround Sound Plus

Great installation by the Geek Squad!

I am very satisfied with the new sound and video of my home theater. After the installation was done, she patiently showed me how to operate the controls of my new system and I have not had any issues with my home theater since her visit.
