Outstanding Geek Squad Team

They were a pleasure to do business with and should be highly valued by Best Buy. Hoping that a record of our transaction will identify them so that they get the recognition for a job well done that they so deserve! Would also like to thank Gina Elliot, also with the Geek Squad, that gave us great advice and pointed us to the exact component and set up needed. Excellent job all around by Best Buy and Geek Squad!

Alberto from the Hickory, NC Geek Squad is GREAT!

Alberto from the Hickory, NC Geek Squad came to our home to set it all up. He was so excellent and helpful. We had never had a smart tv before; and he patiently explained the controls to us. We had a follow up question and he resolved that, too. A really terrific tech worker!

These teams are excellent. Usually very communicative, friendly, trustworthy, and experienced in what they do. They have come out to setup my alarm system, Ring cameras, a Mantel Mount, the TV, a center channel device, and the receiver. A lot of these are things one might be tempted to do on your own, but trust me the piece of mind and simplicity of just letting them come take care of your setup is beyond worth it.

Excellent "Programing" of my Yamaha Receiver
