Mysti of the Geek Squad did a fantastic job installing my new Yamaha Aventage RX! I am very satisfied with the new sound and video of my home theater. After the installation was done, she patiently showed me how to operate the controls of my new system and I have not had any issues with my home theater since her visit.

Best buy Beta is a blessing of a program, as it provides complimentary services for installation by the Geek Squad. These teams are excellent. Usually very communicative, friendly, trustworthy, and experienced in what they do. They have come out to setup my alarm system, Ring cameras, a Mantel Mount, the TV, a center channel device, and the receiver. A lot of these are things one might be tempted to do on your own, but trust me the piece of mind and simplicity of just letting them come take care of your setup is beyond worth it.

I truly regret that I didn’t get the names of the two gentlemen from the Geek Squad that came to our house today and installed our new Yamaha receiver. They were a pleasure to do business with and should be highly valued by Best Buy. Hoping that a record of our transaction will identify them so that they get the recognition for a job well done that they so deserve! Would also like to thank Gina Elliot, also with the Geek Squad, that gave us great advice and pointed us to the exact component and set up needed. The 2 techs worked together to set up our new receiver & ensured I knew how to opera it before leaving. They also told me the correct app to download so I could also operate our porch speakers. They were friendly and polite. They confirmed the appt. the day before & also called the morning of the appt. to let me know they were on the way.

The Geek Squad did a great job getting my audio set up and running at peak performance. As always they explained how to use all my components and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the results.

I must commend the Geek squad for this item. I actually do not have it any longer as they reviewed the item and my home configuration and honestly told me that I didn't need it. As a result, it was never installed and I received a refund for it. I truly appreciate the honesty and remain a steadfast Geek Squad/Best Buy customer!
