Excellent as always and they are so pleasant when talking to seniors

As I did in my previous review on the items associated with the purchase and installation of the Sonos amps and switch. Most everything went ok, I did NOT get the speakers in my office hooked up and working. Was not contacted about a follow up to get this accomplished and asked on my previous review. ( makes you wonder if anyone reads these?) I also replied to the Geek Squad person as to how to accomplish the completion but haven’t herd back yet.

Our Agents, Nate and Israel, were outstanding. They installed the in-wall speaker wire for our MartinLogan Speakers. In addition to installing the speakers and sub woofer, they completed the set up on our Denon Receiver. Nate was extremely knowledgeable in all of our set ups and explained the process to us completely. We would highly recommend this team.

The process was simple I suppose, so,therefore it was done quickly.

Representative went through my AV and television to correct interconnect. I learned a little bit, but it still isn’t working like I wanted.

Friendly, Professional, engaging, accomplished all we needed done,

Geek Squad agent came to my home to help diagnosis intermittent picture on my new tv. Diagnosed it as a bad HDMI. Bought a Rapid Run Optic cable, ran through the wall and reconnected. Issue wound up continuing to happen, put a power inverter in to add power to the hdmi line and receiver - so far so good. Repair person was hard working and earnest.

The geek squad is personal, knowledgeable and helpful. They make great recommendations and do good work.

Kosta came out to help with outside speakers and wifi issues. He was patient, informative and incredibly helpful. We were so happy Kosta worked with us to solve our wifi issues. He helped us set up an appoinment with wifi agent and we are greatful. Thank you Kosta for being patient, informative and following through with everything.
