Agents were professional, respectful, and quick with the delivery and mounting of the TV.

Geek Squad agents came to my home on 2 separate occasions and made an effort to resolve problems with my receiver and turntable. Although unsuccessful, both agents made a sincere attempt to help. Ultimately, it was advised that I arrange for a home visit from a Magnolia Tech who was able to resolve the issues.

Greek Squad employee Josh installed equipment to attach to my tv (best BUY PURCHASED) to allow my wife fand I to listen to music which we had stored on discs. Josh was very pleasant and fully explained to us the steps that he was taken in the installation process.

The 2 gentlemen that came to my house did everything that they could to install ceiling speakers but due to attic configuration were unable. They were very determined to satisfy me as a customer and was able to connect my stereo system to my surround sound speakers. They were very conscientious and caring. They deserve a raise and a promotion!!

These installers did a great job installing atmos and rear speakers. We ran into unexpected issues, but it didn’t deter them. They even made a run for more tools to facilitate a speaker placement. Then they finished up by nicely tying together the numerous cables/wires and anchoring them to the back of the tv console so it was all nice and pretty as a courtesy.

The two technicians that showed up to install my Samsung 55 inch TV. They cleaned up and dusted the area for me. They did a cable management and hooked up all of my devices. It was neat and clean. They were very professional. Their names are Michael and Austin. I was very happy of the job that they did.

The Geek Squad took my TV off the wall in preparation for moving.

I had a Yamaha reciever for ten years , so I thought I would update with the new TV as recomended by the sales Rep. I am not ha;ppy with the qauality of the sound of the new Yamaha unit. I have been back to the store TV department several times , all I get is thats the way it is????? This responce is a a Geek answer. All the TV department states gthat I would have to pay another fee for in home Geek Sdervice

To be honest, I've used my Total Tech membership so much the past few months that I'm not sure exactly which work I'm reviewing. That said, ALL the Geek Squad guys have been wonderful, explaining everything clearly and making certain whatever they're working on for me is in perfect order. They are a great team!
