    The Techs. did a great job connecting everything but they did not show me what to do with the 3 remotes I have to control everything, therefore I had a second Tech. Crew come out and explain how to work my entertainment center and I am 100% satisfied and would recommend the Best Buy Geek Squad to anyone!!!

    Geek Squad agents came to my home on 2 separate occasions and made an effort to resolve problems with my receiver and turntable. Although unsuccessful, both agents made a sincere attempt to help. Ultimately, it was advised that I arrange for a home visit from a Magnolia Tech who was able to resolve the issues.

    The two technicians that showed up to install my Samsung 55 inch TV. They cleaned up and dusted the area for me. They did a cable management and hooked up all of my devices. It was neat and clean. They were very professional. Their names are Michael and Austin. I was very happy of the job that they did.

    The agent was able to disconnect the broken subwoofer and then install the new one. The wiring had to go through a tight cabinet and he managed it.

    The guys set up and calibrated my new Denon receiver. My only complaint is that because they know the products so well, they went kind of fast explaining to me and I'm struggling how to do some of the more intricate things they told me about.

    The 2 gentlemen that came to my house did everything that they could to install ceiling speakers but due to attic configuration were unable. They were very determined to satisfy me as a customer and was able to connect my stereo system to my surround sound speakers. They were very conscientious and caring. They deserve a raise and a promotion!!
