Installation of suround sound receiver

He encountered a problem with the sound and said he would research and call me back. He did as he said and set up another associate to look at the problem. It was corrected. Jesse delivered!! Great guy.

Over all, a good job

My only complaint is that because they know the products so well, they went kind of fast explaining to me and I'm struggling how to do some of the more intricate things they told me about.

The best Geek Squad crew!

After four attempts by other crews, this crew knew what items were needed in order to install the receiver for my 85 inch tv in my garage!! I wish they had come initially. I really do appreciate them!

Geek Squad able to hook up our DVD player.

We have a very complex system which is a Home Theater, which has speakers in every room including the outside It is powered by a Boise system and is a very complex system to deal with. He did it effetely and we have great sound and tv through our system. thanks so much to the Geek Squad and to Best Buy and Bently.
