Outstanding Customer Service!

He called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He was very friendly and polite as he quickly set everythig up. He was incredibly patient with all of my questions. Give this man a raise!

Good idea but needs more oversight

The installation crew was good but did not stick around to assure the system fully worked. Found out the cable for tv was not placed correctly from the cable company. Called the installer never got a return call. Still having problems understanding how system works.

Julian & Desmond were outstanding on 77” TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just had two wonderful Geek Squad techs Julian & Desmond spend a few hours hanging a 77” Sony TV in basement, plus a sub and putting in Sound Bar on another floor of house. They were on time, kind, skilled, and cleaned up. Best of all they stayed patiently showing me how to set up everything for use. 5 Stars!

SUBERB KNOWLEDGE AND SERVICE

The Geek Squad professionally did the install of my new Denon AVR I purchased from BB. They had all of the answers and were true professionals. What can I say? Would I hire them again to this job? ABSOLUTELY! Electronics today with home theater can be tricky and needs the knowledge and expertise of the Geek Squad. No, I do NOT work for BB and never did. I'm retired and just a happy customer.
