I could not have set it up myself. The Geek Squad did a good job.

Having just moved to a new home, we bought a new TV and a Receiver. Also needed 2 existing TVs wall mounted one with a sound bar. 3 Techs arrived and blitzed the installs and provided lots of good advice on how to update and use some of the components being installed (turntable, Wii, wireless speakers etc. Awesome service sorely needed becuase I would'nt dare install the large TVs myself.

This service was not performed as tech said my unit could not be hooked up to the TV. He said he would credit me back the cost that I had already paid. He also recommended an alternative type of unit that could be hooked up.

The agents set my system all up and checked to make sure everything was working. They cleaned up the packaging and left the area nice and clean.

Assembled different brand turntable and wireless speakers and got them to work together. Actually told me to video him so I would remember How to use them! Great idea and worked like a charm. Very helpful

Running cables behind walls can be fraught with challenges, especially when the job entails connecting to a preexisting installation. Our favorite “Geeks” (Kenny and Edin), however, came up with a creative solution that achieved exactly the outcome we had envisioned. Kenny and Edin are experts in their field. Together, they are a formidable team that is both efficient and customer oriented. Thanks, guys, for a job well done!

Denon AV receiver was smoothly and efficiently connected with a minimum of fuss. The Geek Squad guys tidied up all cables with ties and tested all speakers and sub woofer individually. A great job!

Had a home visit by the geek squad. Excellent people to do business with.

Just had two wonderful Geek Squad techs Julian & Desmond spend a few hours hanging a 77” Sony TV in basement, plus a sub and putting in Sound Bar on another floor of house. They were on time, kind, skilled, and cleaned up. Best of all they stayed patiently showing me how to set up everything for use. 5 Stars!

Agent connected all video and audio components to receiver and power strips. Everything working well.
