    Jesse was on time, professional and a pleasure to have in my home. He encountered a problem with the sound and said he would research and call me back. He did as he said and set up another associate to look at the problem. It was corrected. Jesse delivered!! Great guy.

    Good idea, but I ended up spending more than I planned. The installation crew was good but did not stick around to assure the system fully worked. Found out the cable for tv was not placed correctly from the cable company. Called the installer never got a return call. Still having problems understanding how system works.

    Wow, I was really impressed. The Geek Squad professionally did the install of my new Denon AVR I purchased from BB. They had all of the answers and were true professionals. What can I say? Would I hire them again to this job? ABSOLUTELY! Electronics today with home theater can be tricky and needs the knowledge and expertise of the Geek Squad. No, I do NOT work for BB and never did. I'm retired and just a happy customer.

    after a couple of times and two different agents it was set right. Each agent did all the right things but for some reason my system wasn't reacting correctly. I am very happy with Geek Squad taking care of my electronic needs!
