Wish I could give 10 stars’

They were careful, neat, thorough, and detail-oriented. They patiently explained the way the system operates, programmed our remote to make it nearly foil-proof, and made sure we understood how to use all the bells &whistles. Definitely 10-star service!

However, once Zach and Joe showed up, they diagnosed the problem and worked tirelessly to set up our devices correctly. We are now ready for the Super Bowl and couldn't be happier for the professionalism displayed by these two Geek Squad ambassadors

Professional Communication and Skills

I was upgrading to a new 4K OLED so my old receiver could only handle 1080p but I wanted to keep the old Yamaha Aventage series that I love. An in wall optical audio cable from the TV into one of my 2 available inputs in the receiver still has me rocking a great picture and sound.
