    The tech who came out to work on my Arcam was very patient and knowledgeable. He spent well over an hour, updating my firmware and doing a Dirac calibration. My home theater system is so much better now. Thank you, Best Buy!

    The agents were very knowledgeable and they treated my installation as if it was their home installation. After four attempts by other crews, this crew knew what items were needed in order to install the receiver for my 85 inch tv in my garage!! I wish they had come initially. I really do appreciate them!
