Rude service man

Try another controller. He says why don’t you try it and I said, but I’m paying you and his reasoning was why do you have to talk to me that way when My family and I are over 70 years old, he treated us with so much disrespect I have never had this bad service before. The job was complete, but after he made sure he made us feel stupid.

Geek Squad set up entertainment center.

We had to dismantle our entire system, including 9 speakers, in order to have new flooring installed. She arrived, assessed the situation and went to work. She was very professional and did a great job. She made sure it was set up the way that we wanted.

Questioned HDMI cable quality?

New tech set up, and couldn't figure out why the TV and receiver and Roku were not functioning together...Just returned the Roku, which seemed to cause the interference.... Still looking for entertainment system proper setup.....
