My sound system was hooked up and set up correct the first time. I had this Bose system for a long time and just never had the time to get it installed, the geek squad person took care of it very well. They are the best and it help's when the person has a history that is goes back to old school equipment.

I would recommend the geek squad for any type of home entertainment set up.

The installers were knowledgeable and professional. I was upgrading to a new 4K OLED so my old receiver could only handle 1080p but I wanted to keep the old Yamaha Aventage series that I love. An in wall optical audio cable from the TV into one of my 2 available inputs in the receiver still has me rocking a great picture and sound.

The agents arrived early and went right to work. They got our sound system to work including surround sound using both our speakers and built in speakers. Thank you Geek Squad.

The agents helped us rebalance the Soundsystem and set up alternate settings to better hear. Simple TV programs.

I have to qualify my rating. All of the agents tried their best to solve my TV and receiver issues. I had to replace my new TV with another of same. I had to replace my receiver 2 more times from my original. And I must say that the agents helped me replace both of the above mentioned items. The Geek Squad was out to my home 6 times. I went 6 weeks of frustration because each time agents left my home it was because they were on a time crunch for another appointment. Finally things were made right with the last agent who solved it with ANOTHER purchase of a HDI cable. Seriously !! That should have been free. Lastly ... there is a disconnect between the store and the Geek Squad. I had to use my own money to purchase another new receiver to replace the bad one. Why should I have to pay for that. I have already paid. Oh .... and I never missed a payment on my Best Buy card even though my install was NOT completed due to challenges.

Agent was a computer guy rather than a TV/home theater guy. Initially I wasnt happy they sent him. He admitted there was a SNAFU with scheduling and that's how he got assigned. Regardless, he figured everything out and made the receiver, with the 4K fire stick, and my TV work using just the fire stick remote.

Two wonderfully talented men repaired an ongoing problem that had plagued my audio/video system for the last 12 year connecting a surround sound system to a new TV. I am still unbelievably thankful. They accomplished what no one else could!

Initial set up failed within hours and we couldn't get a do over appointment for a whole month. However, once Zach and Joe showed up, they diagnosed the problem and worked tirelessly to set up our devices correctly. Bowers and Wilkins 603 Speakers , center channel and Subwoofer with Marantz receiver Set up . Excellent Sound for Music and Movies on a Open Floor Plan Space. They showed me how to calibrate the receiver . They cleaned the space when they finished the work. Good Job !!!
