Time delay in getting all issues resolved. Think this has more to do with scheduler/qualfied help availability than anything else. I now realyze that a more qualified person would have approached our issues differently perhaps saving us money. My responsibility is that I needed to perhaps seek out the more qualified person.

The two gentlemen who came to our home to set up our Marantz Receiver, KEF speakers, TV wall mount, wiring and setup of the system were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. All these products purchased are are and the speakers sound great. Highly recommend these products and these two gentlemen to do the install.

I had the Geek Squad install and set up a 65” Smart TV to replace a 55 inch (under warrantee) my old multimedia unit and a new OTA DVR, as well as an additional new 43” Smart TV for the bedroom. All wirelessly. Everything is working seamlessly between all units. I now have a cord cutters dream setup. The two young men were knowledgeable and professional.

I have to qualify my rating. All of the agents tried their best to solve my TV and receiver issues. I had to replace my new TV with another of same. I had to replace my receiver 2 more times from my original. And I must say that the agents helped me replace both of the above mentioned items. The Geek Squad was out to my home 6 times. I went 6 weeks of frustration because each time agents left my home it was because they were on a time crunch for another appointment. Finally things were made right with the last agent who solved it with ANOTHER purchase of a HDI cable. Seriously !! That should have been free. Lastly ... there is a disconnect between the store and the Geek Squad. I had to use my own money to purchase another new receiver to replace the bad one. Why should I have to pay for that. I have already paid. Oh .... and I never missed a payment on my Best Buy card even though my install was NOT completed due to challenges.

The help was competent and thorough. My questions were answered with patience.

I can’t compliment Bryan Downey enough for his patience and superb service. After a struggle installing what turned out to be a defective Yamaha Receiver and replacing my cable box, Bryan assisted with selecting a Denon receiver as a replacement and performed a second installation flawlessly. All of my AV components now work properly thanks to Bryan’s diligence.

I believe it was Matt that came out and diagnosed the issue with my receiver and went through the whole system to ensure that everything was working correctly. He was very professional, super knowledgeable and his trouble-shooting abilities were absolutely the best.

Had to pay extra fee for setting up the second zone on my Denon Receiver. I wanted to be able to isolate my primary location from my switching system to alternate locations. It took several phone calls by the agent and testing to ensure the system worked like I wanted before the task was complete.
