Professional installers and excellent communication

The team removed and installed a new 75" TV in less than an hour. They were very careful to mind the audio system components and left no trace of being there. I have always had a good experience with Geek Squad.

Taylor Johnson installed our Roku devices so we can eliminate our direct tv service. Installed the harmony hub today. Taylor did an EXCELLENT job installing all equipment and explaining its use to us. VERY SATISFIED with Best Buy, in home advisor Brian Goodwill and Geek Squad tech Taylor Johnson. Taylor made our switch to "streaming" easy. Taylor is the BEST!

Brandon from Magnolia was fantastic. Went out of his way to get me set up with the right stuff, come to my house a couple times to assess what i needed, and was always available when I called. Fantastic. Petr from Geek squad did a great job installing my speakers and setting up the TV and other equipment.

Two guys showed up took my old tv down and put my new one up connected my reciever and new center channel, had me log in and make sure everything was working fine. My universal remote was made useless because they connected everything to the tv main remote. Then they were gone. Smooth, quick and simple

Amy and her partner were stellar and knowledgeable with their service! I had my speakers all jacked up after I unhooked everything for a carpet install. I couldn't figure out how to get the surround sound working right again. It was much easier to have them come out and fix me all up.

They are still working to get my speaker system finished. Had to order additional parts and wil finalize the installation when these parts have arrived. They are being very thorough in completing the work so that it will operate properly.

The agents mounted my TV on the wall & mostly programmed the Yamaha A/V receiver, the one guy didn't know about everything & so I had to have another service call & they sent a different tech that got everything squared away

The techs were very friendly and left us with a setup so we can listen in multiple rooms, which makes us happy. But they did not have all setup equipment necessary so all the available speakers are not able to be utilized. They are supposed to come back, as long as that happens we will be very pleased!

The guys said it was the easiest receiver install they had ever done. I told them that was great, but if I had done it myself, it would have taken 8 hours and a lot of cursing. It took about 45 minutes and works great. I am super grateful to BB for this service.
