Connected home theater devices including new TV from Best Buy

The agent assembled all our audio/video devices from the jumble of wires and cables the movers left. He checked everything to make sure it was working properly and made sure I knew how to work them. He was pleasant and conscientious.

Alex, the Bestbuy technicial who set up ourr Denon 5.1 AV Receiver, knew what he was doing. He wore a mask, making me feel comfortable. Our speaker and headphone system needed understanding and unique wiring for everything to work for us. He did that and then quickly reprogrammed our Logitec One Remote.

The pre-purchase consultation was exceptional and the gentleman who set up the sound system were very good; they got the job done and did the little things (e.g., hide wires) that made a difference. Sound is grand; just could have used more follow up with an apparent App issue we encountered that reportedly was with the online App than the system

They did a perfect job reenstalling thank them so much.

My brand new A/V Receiver was seamlessly connected to with my brand new TV to put out delightful sound and the bass sound is very distinctive.

They set everything up, ran the unit through its paces, and made sure all speakers were connected properly and sat clean and tidy in my entertainment center. Made my life easier as a newbie for sure.

Geek Squad to the rescue once again. Had them set up my receiver and speakers. These ladies and gentlemen seriously rock! Fast, efficient and lightning quick! Very personable and friendly too.

Steve and Kelli were very knowledgeable in the set-up of Home Theater system that included 5 speakers plus a subwoofer. The set-up also included by 65 inch 4K TV set. A few hurdles were incurred during the set-up, but the team handled them well.

Installed entire home theatre system effectively and all devices connected and worked. Tech could have explained all operations and connections better. I'd suggest leaving behind connection diagrams and basic instructions, in writing. Tech was helpful and answered questions and came back out to home after installation

The Geek Squad also setup my receiver so the arc return would work with the TV, they done an excellent job they were fast and efficient in all they done. I'm a very happy camper. Thank you for a job well done.

Every time I have the Geek Squad do something for me it's absolutely Top Notch. The Geek Squad is always so proffesional and knowledgable I would give them a 10 out of 10.

As always. Geek squad did a great job of setting up my speakers and running wires, but Bestbuy itself destroying the value of totaltech is a 0 star. I will be letting my totaltech run out and will not be renewing.

The agent installed my audio to my current Sony receiver. He was supposed to install my new Sony receiver but he said if I use current Sony surround sound speakers with the new Sony receiver it would burn the receiver up. So I had to return it. The salesman that sold it to me said I could use my current speakers but I needed a new receiver.

The agent removed my old receiver and installed the new one. He did an excellent job and answered all of my questions. He made sure all of our surround speakers were working well. He went out of his way to reprogram my Harmony remote when I could have just used the other remote. He was very professional and did an excellent job.
