The 2 geeks were great. Knowledgeable and nice guys too.

Matt and his team did a great job of connecting all the components, organizing them and bundling/hiding the cords. The went through and tested all the settings and had me listen to each option and programmed each field to my liking. Will be using them again for the next theater setup downstairs.

The Squad attached all of the peripherals on our new TV and made sure they were operating the way we wanted. Additionally the Squad made sure we understood how to make adjustments if they were needed in the future.

I always get great service when the Geek Squad comes to my home. I have a complicated (for me) audio and video system that is too complicated for me to fix on my own. The Geek Squad comes out and fixes my issue and then spends whatever time needed explaining to me the service. I then get a tutorial on how to use the equipment.

The agent set-up my Denon receiver and connected all devices. I would have liked the service better if the agent could have taken more time to explain some of the functionalities of that device since it was new to me. But all is good.

Matthew Gonzales did an outstanding, efficient & knowledgeable reconnection of all our house speakers & equipment to a new Denon receiver. He went out of his way with a call back the next day to see if we had any more questions. Great service!!

Adam was awesome. He was friendly and on time and very helpful. He set up the tv and av receiver and dvd and Firestick and wii and even got all the remotes programmed. He also showed me how to use everything.

The Agent seem to be confuse hooking up the AV took a long..time i could have did a better job i still did not get Netflix to get hook up.

Agents are on point, knowledgeable, and always carry themselves with the utmost professionalism, however, I do feel "rushed" after each service call and come away not fully understanding just what all went down with the service. As a senior (Law Enforcement-Retired) with advanced degrees in business administration, I consider myself above average when dealing with technical issues. However, when it comes to all the buttons and switches associated with TV and HI-Fidelity in today's market I want easy HIGH QUALITY and ENJOYABLE products, that's what I pay for and that is what I expect the Geek Squad to guide me through step by step, in a manner that is consistent with an A /B/ C/ approach to the enjoyment of my equipment, thus I conclude with "Listen to the music" meaning "your fan base" !!!

Eric of the Geek Squad was very helpful in setting up our new Denon tuner. We are having a problem with its Bluetooth connection.
