The agents quickly set up the stereo receiver to the iPhone and the 10 speakers in the house

Exceptional work by Chase. Took the time to explain and review how to operate the total system, which included a Denon ARC capable receiver and a TCL flat screen that fit our ancient entertainment center

Guys did a great job of setting up and installing media room. Projector was bad coming out of the box so a new one had to be ordered. They rushed it in a couple of Fay’s and came back on a Sunday to finish installing. Overall a good experience with the Geek squad.

Very complicated installation. The tech failed to connect all components. He also did a very fine job of deducing the primary issue with electrical connection.

Geek squad came and I'm pleased with how he installed my high end pioneer Elite receiver.im only disappointed that there was not a owner's manual which should have came with one.

In Home Service was awesome. Kyra did an outstanding job putting everything together and went above and beyond the standard service. She was a true professional. I highly recommend the In Home Service plan with the Geek Squad.

This was a repair on a 17 year old system. I was amazed that anyone could fix it. Great Job!

They connected the receiver to the speakers and blue ray player ok, but I was really disappointed (and I mentioned this when I set up the service) when I told them I wanted to replace the speaker wires and they ignored me. The system works, but it wasn't a great experience.

GS confirmed old receiver needed to be replaced. New receiver was installed in a timely & professional mnner

Knowledgeable technician was timely, pleasant and very efficient in fixing our problem. And then he helped me understand a few more things about our receiver.

Faster than expected . Knew exactly what they were doing at a glance . I did have a Bluetooth soundbox they hadn’t seen before , but they didn’t skip a beat on the complete install

Agents mounted my TV’s as well as connected two receivers. They did an awesome job! Great to work with. They both listened to what I needed as well as suggested ways to make it all happen they way I wanted.

Again if this review is for Cade and his assistant that returned to do the setup after the original tech did not complete the job Cade's rating is 5. They completed the job on Wednesday November 31.

The installers are amazing although it took three visits to get our new smart tv, amp and sound system set up. I can't say the same for the telephone support. They don't seem to have the ability to help beyond setting appointments.

Great geeks I still have details I’m not satisfied with but I think the Sony unit is not very user friendly

The agents did a thorough job of programming our universal remote to our new television and all of the Home Theater accessories.

Very astute techs and after finding a bad RCA cable. Monster cable at that. sub put back on line and calibration completed successfully. (When was the last time you threw out a cable?)
