The agent mounted multiple speakers and connected sound system completely. Very thorough and friendly. Made sure everything was working and that we had it hooked up through the remotes.

Great services, efficient and knowledgeable techs.

Had Bestbuy set up my receiver, blue ray player, cable box, RV, and speakers. There was an issue with my old receiver (my fault, not theirs), but no problem. I got a different receiver and they came back at no extra charge and finished the job.

Geek Squad installed receiver and set up with speakers with demonstration of all aspects of unit. Got a big boost in sound quality over older unit we replaced.

They got my Yamaha stereo receiver working. They would not set up the sound balancing for the room as that was an extra charge. That was disappointing and frankly part of the system.

I got the Geek Squad to install my new 75” tv. The guys mounted the TV , turned it on… bingo the screen was cracked. There was no damage to the box. TV was shipped broken.

Heath and Brian were very professional and did a great job installing our surround sound system. We asked them for a slight modification that caused them to spend extra time but they did so with a smile. Exceptional service!
