Good installer to the item that I bought . Knowledge on setting up.

The only reason why I didn't gibe 5 stars was the first receiver I purchased (a Sony) was bad and needed to be replaced. Your Install guys however performed first time and second visit as well to finish set up due to the bad receiver.

Ian did a great job connecting our system and explaining how to use our remotes to maximize the combination of our OLED TV and our 7.1 Onkyo receiver and Polk Audio speakers. Without him, our experience would not have been as enjoyable.

The Geek Squad installed the system quickly and it is more capable than I had expected it to be!!

All around good job with the receiver and speakers reconnections.

My replacement tv had lots of devices that needed to be plugged in to new tv & I was not up for the job. The team did all the work with no issues. It was quick & easy.

Geek Squad installed receiver and set up with speakers with demonstration of all aspects of unit. Got a big boost in sound quality over older unit we replaced.

The agent set up my new smart watch and was very patient while she did so.

The agent mounted multiple speakers and connected sound system completely. Very thorough and friendly. Made sure everything was working and that we had it hooked up through the remotes.

Geek Squad came to fine tune recent receiver install. And add the 2 rear surrounds to install. They also had to reconfigure the source vs volume setup. All done fine with some tasks needed to setup menu choices.

Hey so I was trying to have my speaker wires for my surround sound system hidden behind the wall and unfortunately they could not get the hob done. They did try their best though and were very nice! I would work with geek squad again.

We have always had excellent service from the Geek squad and this install for a 65" TV was no exception. Knowledgeable and thorough. We highly recommend Geek Squad.
