The Geek Squad Total Tech guys came on-site when the appt. was scheduled and quickly installed and integrated my new receiver with the existing components.

I wanted the technician to balance my sound system. But was told they will come back. I called the number given nobody called me back.

The Home Theater Team set up my new Denon receiver, balanced my surround sound speakers, set up my patio speakers and then typed instructions on how to run everything and more! Excellent Service!

Agents came to the house to set up new receiver. There were some issues with getting some of the devices to work, but they stayed until we solved the issue.

The agents removed the malfunctioning unit and replaced it and tested the sound system. They were very helpful and friendly and made the installation easy for me.

Still having problems with the cable box connections. Have to try several ways to get cable box to function. Some times its just quicker to pull tv away from wall and click the cable box.

The agent came and set up the receiver to my surprise the receiver did not work with my Bluetooth phone. The agent tried to connect the receiver his phone too does not work. The agent advise me to return to Best Buy
