Knowledgeable team put together an entire surround sound system that hooked up to the new tv. Great clean work.

Everybody knows their stuff. Bobby and Mike my installers. Not overanxious to get to next stop. Comfortable for me. Going to renew my annual service and equipment insurance fee because of continued allegiance to Best Buy and the Geek Squad

The Geek squad have mounted 4 television for me recently. They were only required to to mounted and they did a very professional job while doing so. I have continued to use them and Best But regularly and will continue to do so.

Very competent and quick. I was replacing an old amplifier and the past wiring labeling left a lot to be desired - no problem. The new amplifier was installed and my surround sound works perfectly.

When they came out to install the TV we were told that they don't do audio/video set up any more so this $69.99 service was cancelled then we found out that they do indeed set up audio/video so we called to set up a date to have this done and were then told it would be $129.99 I think someone at Best Buy should know what is going on but it doesn.t look like it Right now I am fighting for my 10% on my first purchase having a hard time with that also.

Agents came to the house to set up new receiver. There were some issues with getting some of the devices to work, but they stayed until we solved the issue.

The agents hooked up all my devices so that everything functions effectively. It took 2 visits to figure it out but that wasn't a major issue. Both technicians were knowledgeable and ultimately solved the problem.

Still having problems with the cable box connections. Have to try several ways to get cable box to function. Some times its just quicker to pull tv away from wall and click the cable box.

Connected my Sonos port and updated app, showed how to switch from one living area to the other.

The guys that showed up were professional, friendly and knew what they were doing.

The agents removed the malfunctioning unit and replaced it and tested the sound system. They were very helpful and friendly and made the installation easy for me.
