Had Bestbuy set up my receiver, blue ray player, cable box, RV, and speakers. There was an issue with my old receiver (my fault, not theirs), but no problem. I got a different receiver and they came back at no extra charge and finished the job.

Heath and Brian were very professional and did a great job installing our surround sound system. We asked them for a slight modification that caused them to spend extra time but they did so with a smile. Exceptional service!

They got my Yamaha stereo receiver working. They would not set up the sound balancing for the room as that was an extra charge. That was disappointing and frankly part of the system.

Agent Rodriquez called with approximate arrival time. He followed all the Covid guidelines. He did an excellent job in reconnecting all the cables to our receiver, blue-ray and CD player. We were very pleased with the service he provided.

Scott did a nice job and figured out the issue that the receiver was not communicating with the TV. Universal remote also complicated the problem. Had to do master reset and redo receiver set up.

The techs thay came to my house were AMAZING! They offered alternatives to my sound system wirh great options!!@

They have on the best buy app scheduled appointment from 7 am to 7 pm But best buy has canceled that appointment on SIX OCCASIONS, without notification. If I didn't call them I would not no the appointment was cancelled until 7 pm

never had done this before but very happy with it . They moved TV from upstairs to down and hooked every thing Hauled away two old huge TVs worth it right there . been out three times to do stuff no cost

Agents came to the house to set up new receiver. There were some issues with getting some of the devices to work, but they stayed until we solved the issue.
