The agents set up the new TV and new receiver at the same time. Got the sound perfect and set everything up to be easy for me to run. Both guys were great and well worth the charge. They did in an hour, what would have taken me three or four hours of stress!

My new home theater receiver was set up and working, and the techs showed me how to make sure I was on the correct setting for my speakers. They were polite and helpful, and they were good ambassadors for Best Buy and Geek Squad. However, in the weeks since, two of my speakers have stopped working, and I have discovered that there is no way of turning off the speakers in the other parts of the house and restricting sound to just the speakers in the den. Currently, if a house guest wants to watch television when I or someone else wants to (1) sleep, (2) relax quietly on the patio, or (3) converse or work quietly in the great room or dining room, there is NO WAY to cut off the speakers in the other rooms. I did stress to the techs that my previous receiver provided the option to select only the speaker in the television room. I hope it is only a matter of accessing/setting up certain options in the unit. But . . . I definitely need another service call to make this situation right. Otherwise, I am in a dissatisfactory situation. I still appreciate and believe in the Geek Squad, but I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 because my current sound situation is not how I need it.

Noel, the Geek Squad member who delivered my Yamaha A6A Receiver was very professional and knew his business. He set up the receiver, attached all the input devices and ensured that all the units and the speakers worked correctly. He went over the unit controls and explained the features of the receiver and operation of the remote control. He was very thorough and professional. Good job!

Installation was great. Technicians were courteous, neat, and professional. They left no trace of their being in my home theater. Sound has never been better. A+

Ryan Erdenberger is the picture of professionalism and an absolute asset to Geek Squad and Best Buy. In an efficient manner, he came to my home, was able to get my audio receiver, set up, and was able to identify that our speakers were all in working order, and that the issue was truly with an older receiver as opposed to the whole audio system , saving my family, many dollars and time as a result. He also efficiently oriented me to the new home speaker setup as well as set up my Xbox to the tv to complete the entertainment system setup. Geek Squad connected my surround sound receiver and fire stick. Connected cell phones via Bluetooth to receiver and gave instructions on how to use receiver and remote control. Very efficient, excellent customer service!! Very happy!!

Robert was great installed and hooked up and showed me everything I should know. Not like my TV which I purchased 2 weeks before I had free delivery 2 guys showed up took my old tv off the stand put that on the floor took the new tv put that on the stand they left I hooked up 3 plugins HDMI to TV ,HDMI to my firestick and my digital to my receiver checed my receipt and I saw a charge for $199.99 for a TV install when I call Best Buy they said the charge was for a wall mount which didn't have done right now it's in dispute waiting for result you can't believe the many phone calls and frustration I've been through so far I have no result not even a phone call

The Geek Squad showed up early because of a cancellation. Thankfully, I was ready for them. They listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and were very patient with me. They worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I always choose to have the Greek Squad.

Agent Eugene was most especially helpful in setting up the amplifier I purchased on 12/20/22. He was particularly neat with the wiring bundles, and spent enough time answering my questions so that I was much more comfortable operating the system. He is a valuable asset to your tech team. I made several purchases in audio and TV and as a whole all of the TotalTech agents were great. TotalTech definitely gives Best Buy the edge over any competitors!

We were very pleased with the service provided by the techs who came to our home. Josh and Dusty were very good at installing and insuring the products were installed for maximum proficient use in the designated space. If needed again, we would be happy to have them provide the required service at our home!
