Geek Squad associates did an excellent job installing two receivers into two home theaters. They also wired it to my new televisions and set everything up. It was a thoroughly professional job and I am very pleased.

Geek Squad members - Kyle and Aaron - set-up unused speakers for my TV and music listening. They did an excellent job of hook-ups. Audio is now so much better with the addition of these speakers. They also recommended locations for these speakers to provide the best audio. They also changed the remote to turn on/off simultaneously the receiver and the TV. Kyle and Aaron were professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with their work.

The two gentlemen that came to hook up the new unit was wonderful! They came in, assessed the situation, and did what was needed to get everything working properly.

Aaron Gray and crew were on the top of their game when they installed my 7.2 channel sound system. He was meticulous with his connections and routine installment of my speakers throughout the house and on the patio. When it came to connecting to Alexa, Aaron explained all the connections and helped me connect to Alexa. He explained everything beautifully and left his number in case of any problems. On a basis of 1-10, I give Aaron and his crew an easy 10 (10 being excellent). What an invaluable asset to the Geek Squad.

David did an excellent job setting up and optimizing my new Denon receiver. My only issue was that Best Buy frustrated both of us because we couldn't make a $30 Best Buy coupon work for the new $40 HDMI cable he had to use. This was not David's fault, as he tried admirably to apply it. Crazy to have a promotion that makes you frustrated, detracting from the otherwise stellar installation.

Geek Squad connected my surround sound receiver and fire stick. Connected cell phones via Bluetooth to receiver and gave instructions on how to use receiver and remote control. Very efficient, excellent customer service!! Very happy!!

The agents connected my streamer/dac/preamp to my amplifier on the opposite side of the fireplace by snaking the XLR cables through the cavity behind the fireplace. They were clearly knowledgeable and experienced and completed the connection efficiently and appropriately. I am very pleased with the outcome.

The Geek Squad member was friendly and efficient. They did the install and set up, then answered my questions. Even took the care of disposal of the old unit that they were replacing and took the packaging so that I did not have to dispose of it.
