The agent connected my speakers to TV and new receiver in our family room. He also fixed the connection for sound bar attached to the TV in our master bedroom.

The two men set up my telivision and demonstrated everything in a very proffesional and enternaining manner.

Korwyn is has been to our home 2 separate times for different installations and has provided consistent exceptional customer service.

I am very disappointed with the service not from the agent point of view that was very nice but the issue that I am still having with this receiver . These agents do not know how to set up a surround sound system they are not trained they come out and turn on you tube and show how the sound it and tells me that is all working correctly and yet I am still having issues with the received it need it to adjust and calibrate which they did not do I have to call them two times and still not to my satisfaction and the return date is long gone . It might be an issue with the receiver but I will never know I cannot return and change to something else due to the return window is closed so I just spend $450.00 and throwing out because you agent do not know what to do . Very frustrated customer

Joel was a very courteous and outgoing person. He did the job and asked if I needed anything else.

Knew what they were doing and did it right the first time.

There was no install and agents were surprised that it was a quick fix between surround sound and remote. I prepaid 135.00 and should have paid 99.00

Ron and his assistant did a great job installing and hooking up our new ceiling speakers. I ask for Ron because he understands electronics and does a professional job.

the agent agreed to swap an ethernet cable for my tv, which has nothing to do with the speaker installation.

Simple fix that probably could have been resolved on the phone if any of the phone techs I spoke with were familiar with calibration of a surround sound system (Receiver).

got my receiver working through an alternate port but left me unclear as to how to get internet radio reception.

Samuel was so helpful. There was another tech item I needed help with while he was here and he very graciously took time to help me out.

Did not set up sub woofer because the said it needed a special wire. It didn't. Wire was the right one and plug ins were on amp.

this guy was quick efficent, he would of been done even sooner if I had already had the part I told him I had, I was wrong.
