Hello I’m writing to express my disappointment with the recent service experience at my home on Tuesday January 21, 2025. Unfortunately, the technician who arrived was unprepared and unwilling to complete the job effectively.    •   Upon arrival, he made excuses about tasks he couldn’t perform and claimed he couldn’t touch the camera, despite being reminded that his visit wasn’t related to the camera.    •   When asked, he seemed unaware of the purpose of his visit or what needed to be done.    •   He struggled to perform basic tasks like turning on the receiver and connecting it to the speakers.    •   He was unwilling to work unless my wife was sitting in the room with him, which felt unprofessional and unproductive. Overall, this experience fell far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Best Buy. The technician displayed no concern for whether we were satisfied with the service, and we’re now unable to operate our remote. I hope this feedback helps prevent similar experiences in the future. The two techs showed up on time and had our tv mounted and components connected very quickly...answered questions and demonstrated different options with the remotes.

Agents replaced my receiver and programmed my remote quickly and explained everything we needed to know.

The two men set up my telivision and demonstrated everything in a very proffesional and enternaining manner.

Samuel was so helpful. There was another tech item I needed help with while he was here and he very graciously took time to help me out.

Service was excellent. Installers went above and beyond to make sure the prices was done right and clean up was as if they were never here. However, I am still waiting on follow up on a needed cable. I’ve gone up to the store 3 times (including today) and still have not gotten any closer to having this resolved.

The Geek Squad guys were excellent and explained a variety of things to enhance my service!

The agents attempted to connect the receiver but I had to order an antenna.

Called in advance of coming, came in time, worked from the moment technician arrived and everything went smoothly...despite the complexity of the set up. Very happy.

Service was good while present but have been trying to get in contact with Mike with no success and have left vm and texted to follow up with setting up speakers wirelessly. Long story short nothing was really accomplished other than getting a list of items I was lacking that I needed to purchase to complete set up. I now have items and still not set up. 50.00 bucks in for a service plus what i had spent on supplies and I'm still in the same position.
