    The technicians were obviously knowledgeable, efficient and very courteous. They came prepared to switch out TV's and prceeded to do so promptly.

    Initial set up was good. Programing not so much. Have failed to follow up or return contact. Sound shuts off when changing from prime to Netflix.

    They connected the receiver to the speakers and blue ray player ok, but I was really disappointed (and I mentioned this when I set up the service) when I told them I wanted to replace the speaker wires and they ignored me. The system works, but it wasn't a great experience.
