The first agent arrived in a timely manner and worked through our issues, Unfortunately, he felt unable to complete the project and scheduled a back-up agent with more experience. That schedule was dropped and an attempt to reschedule fell through until after 20 days. When the second agent came he only got the basic unit working.

I purchased a Samsung QN65S90C TV and a Denon AVR-S970H & hired the Geek Squad to install and configure it for me.
Installation was scheduled for 11/24. When completed, there was no audio when using the cable box as the source through the receiver. Hector explained that he has seen this before and the fix was to replace the cable box. We did and it did not fix the problem.
11/27 - Chris from Geek Squad came to our home to trouble shoot. He initially called out the Samsung Cable Box again but after some discussion he then recommended that we replace the Denon AVR-S970h.
11/27 - I contacted Bestbuy Customer Support and scheduled the Denon replacement for Thursday 11/30.
11/30 - The Bestbuy Geek Squad did not show up to replace the Denon. Customer service can see the notes on our account and apologized that the appointment was not scheduled. My wife took the day off from work to be present for the Denon swap.
11/30 - We are continuing to talk to Bestbuy Customer Service to have the Denon swap occur. They offer more apology than action - very frustrating.
I'm hoping that BestBuy will be able to schedule the new receiver soon. I purchased equipment and installation services from Bestbuy just so I could avoid this frustration. My assumption was that they would know what they are doing but it appears my assumption is wrong,
I'd like to note that the Samsung Cable Box I have always worked using my older Denon receiver. So the cable box being at fault is unlikely.
I'd also like to note that I used an HDMI cable directly from the Samsung Cable box to the new Samsung TV (Bypassing the new Denon) and video and audio both work. This would seem to isolate the problem to the Denon AVR-S970H.
I'm completely frustrated with Bestbuy right now.
