Had 2 tv’s delivered and mounted on wall replacing previous mounted tv’s.
Because I had a home theater system I had to pay $60 extra to be sure the new system would work properly with my existing Home Theater, Also no instructions about either TV’s were furnished, no introduction to this new 75” tv, thank you You Tube, when this service guy arrived the first thing I noticed he didn’t have any tools or equipment, then he looks around at my amp & speakers after playing with the remote changing channels & source connection then everything went silent & he tells me he didn’t know what was wrong & his time was limited so he’d have to leave but I could have another technician come fix it, this obviously inexperienced technician thought he was going to come in my house with a working system connected with optical fiber cable, tells me it was my outdated system that was my problem, I said my system was working fine when he came in my door & could he put everything back the way it was when he arrived, he continued to play with the remote control until I said can you at least connect the HDMI Cable I had purchased for this update but he continued to insist my Amp,Speakers & wiring all were my problem and I need to replace them ALL ! In closing my whole purpose was to make sure this NEW TV was correctly connected to my already working Home Theater System, after 20-30 minutes the sound came back on, I was done with this guy, I normally would have told him to get his tools and get out of my house once my system was working but I couldn’t do that because he didn’t have any tools.
