Geek Squad representative Leon was awful, never want that Geek again! After setting up my new Denon AVR, he kept telling me that my BluRay DVD player did not work and needed replacing when it worked just fine. He never even checked the rear surround speaker connections or wireless receiver either. Leon also said he could not reprogram my Harmony One Remote and to just buy another one which I did, and later returned it after I requested a second opinion. Geek Brian arrived a week later and programmed my Harmony One without any problem. Leon also rudely said he needed to leave multiple times,before completing paid for services. Despite being asked to tidy cables etc Leon left them a mess, which Brian the next Geek to arrive fixed along with other things Leon failed to finish to my satisfaction. I called to complain about Leon and requested Brian instead.

The gentleman they send was very kind, but did not have a clue about the receiver, set up. Was asking me for instructions and seemed clueless.

Geek Squad had to reinstall my home theater system and reprogram remote. It was disconnected because I purchased new receiver.
